”We were so lucky to have Elan Renovation recommended to us.
Bathroom and laundry renovated to a very high standard.
Our exterior pool and garden area were laid with travertine. Beautiful workmanship, great advice, on budget, on time, and neat and tidy. The quote was very reasonable. Can’t thank Tom and his wonderful team enough for an outstanding job. We love it.

”Many thanks for the outstanding work that you did for me at my Parkside Avenue property.
I would be pleased for you to use some or all of the following as a recommendation in any publicity for Elan Renovations, or to use this letter to show to other clients.

“Elan Renovations completely gutted and renovated the second bathroom/ laundry in my property in Mt Pleasant. The value and quality of the work was exceptional. This included extensive discussions prior to quotation, which allowed Tom to provide expert guidance on every aspect of the renovation as we designed it. The quotation was therefore accurate, and variations were minimal. Those that did occur were very reasonable and ensured that I was able to come in on time and on budget. Most important, Tom’s keen eye for style, colour and effective use of materials, meant that we reconfigured the bathroom/ laundry in ways I had not thought of, to produce a contemporary and stylish effect, that created an uplift for the whole property.

Elan’s contractors are hand-picked for expertise and all did an exceptional job, went beyond the specific requirements to ensure it was of the highest quality, and left the property in immaculate condition despite the internal building work. In addition, they went out of their way to identify and repair any other items that either they noticed, or I requested.

I highly recommend Tom and Elan Renovations.

”We had our 2 bathrooms and toilet renovated and were extremely happy with the result.

In this case we were in the process of selling the property and so price and value for money was important and they worked to that brief.

Both Tom and Abby were extremely customer focused and would often make suggestions to improve the design and functionality.

Would have no hesitation in using them again.
